Some of the most significant teaching I do is in the laboratory. Often students just stop by for a visit, hang out to watch an experiment or chat about the worms and neurons. Sometimes students will work in the lab for a summer, a semester or more. We are experimentalists! This approach demands and reinforces critical thinking skills, keen observation, the ability to analyze and synthesize. If this might be something you are interested in, please contact me. Be aware that spots are available as limited resources are available.
